Company Advisory
We support companies in defining sustainability strategies integrated into business models. We offer consulting in strategic, organizational, and financial areas, supporting corporate evolution processes in line with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles. We collaborate with company leadership to identify sustainable growth opportunities, attract investments, and improve corporate reputation with stakeholders and institutions.
Energy efficiency
We analyze the energy consumption of production plants and industrial processes, identifying solutions for their optimization. We propose targeted interventions, supported by technical-economic analyses, to reduce operating costs and environmental impact. We are able to support clients in the design and implementation of energy management systems, as well as in accessing public incentives and dedicated financing mechanisms.
Decarbonization
We offer specific expertise for the reduction of climate-altering emissions in energy-intensive industrial sectors. We develop customized decarbonization plans, in line with European and national objectives, designing pathways with proven technological solutions together with the most recent innovations, while remaining flexible with respect to continuous technical and regulatory developments.

The company
Sustainable Business Consulting Srl stems from the multi-year experience and entrepreneurial vision of Andrea Tomaselli, who has created an organization capable of uniting diverse skills in a single value platform. The company is based on an extensive network of qualified partners and professionals, each with complementary specializations in the various fields of business consulting, sustainability, and innovation.
Thanks to this flexible and collaborative structure, Sustainable Business Consulting is able to deploy the most appropriate resources for each project, ensuring tailored interventions that are perfectly aligned with the client’s needs. The approach adopted not only allows us to combine targeted experience and high specialization, but also allows us to maintain rigorous cost control, creating concrete and measurable value.

Andrea Tomaselli
An engineer with an MBA, he has developed a solid international career in the consumer goods, durable goods, and energy sectors, gaining cross-functional skills in management control, marketing, and business management. Active in the energy sector for over twenty years, he has worked both as an entrepreneur and as a manager.
In 2004 he founded Heat & Power, an ESCo company specialized in cogeneration, which he led as CEO for twelve years, until its integration into the E.ON Group. Within the German utility, he held the role of Head of Industrial Solutions for eight years, with responsibility for the development of projects for energy efficiency and sustainability in the Italian industrial sector.
Since 2023 he has been the head of Sustainable Business Consulting Srl. Parallel to his professional activity, he was a contract professor of Business Economics at the University of Pavia (Fac. Med.; a.a. 2011–2014) and held leading roles in associations; in particular, he was among the founding members and President of AssoESCo and Vice President of Confindustria Alessandria.
